Granting a Deadline Extension on Student Tasks (Faculty Guide)

School leadership and experts have the ability to grant deadline extensions for student tasks in Sora Home, even if the student has not formally requested an extension. This can be particularly helpful in cases where leadership is aware of extenuating circumstances, such as personal or family emergencies, that may affect a student's ability to meet an upcoming deadline.

While you can grant an extension for any task, this typically is only granted for final deliverable tasks in practice.
